• All memberships require a valid payment method on file

• Cancellation policies vary by membership type and must be done in writing

3. Facility Rules and Conduct

All members and guests must:

• Treat staff, trainers, and other members with respect
• Follow all posted safety guidelines and equipment instructions
• Wear appropriate athletic attire and footwear
• Clean equipment after use
• Not engage in harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
• Respect the facility's hours of operation

4. Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in high-intensity strength training, combat sports, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury (minor or serious)
• Muscle strains, sprains, or other soft tissue injuries
• Impact injuries from combat sports training
• Cardiovascular stress
• Equipment-related accidents

You agree to assume all such risks and acknowledge that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in our programs. You should consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

5. Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Forge Zenitho, its owners, employees, contractors, and trainers shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of our facilities or services. By using our services, you waive any claims against us for such injuries, losses, or damages.

6. Personal Training and Coaching

• Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations require 24 hours' notice or the session may be forfeited
• Training packages expire based on the terms of purchase
• You must follow the instructions and guidance of your trainer
• Nutrition coaching is for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, training programs, and methodology, are the property of Dark Forge Zenitho and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Photography and Video

By entering our facility, you consent to being photographed or recorded for marketing, promotional, or instructional purposes unless you specifically opt-out in writing. You may revoke this consent at any time.

9. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other members or staff, or is otherwise detrimental to our business.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or facility. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
